It is rare two souls will ever have the same guardian angels. The angelic population is immeasurable and known only to God. God's infinite intelligence gives names, powers and responsibilities to every angel.
Angels were created to bring about God's will b serving and protecting those who call upon the Lord. When miracles are dispensed from the Throne of God they are delivered by angelic means. Each angel is endowed with miraculous powers given them by God, and their duties to God and man are reflected in the name God christens them with at creation. For instance in Hebrew Raphael means "It is God Who Heals", and hence he is the messenger who brings God's healing to mankind. God has chosen by name the angel as guardian for every soul for his lifetime. Giving every angel a name would be like giving a different name to each snowflake that has ever fallen and yet it is a task God has done. I pray wisdom on all who read these thoughts.

The spectrum of religions all acknowledge guardian angels are assigned to each life, although they vary as to when they believe they were assigned. Some Orthodox doctrines believe angels are assigned at baptism while others believe they are assigned at conception. In my studies I believe the latter as the angelic magistrate given the duties of appointing guardian angels for each soul is Archangel Prince tZadkiel and is my lead character in 'The Angelic Fornication Series.' Another quick fact: It is rare two souls have shared the same guardian angel for the population of angels for that task is limitless. Praying wisdom on all who read these pages.
Choirs and Nations of AngelsAngels are a creation of God made up of celestials given superpowers to run the Kingdoms of God. Everything in existence in both the material and spiritual world is engineered, orchestrated and brought about by the powers given to them by God. Every angel is a servant to God, yet within the angelic kingdom there are different races or nationalities. Before God laid the foundation of the Earth, He created angels to become the heavenly architects to bring about His will. Although all are angels, each nation, choir or type of angel has different appearances, powers and responsibilities to the universe. The most coveted place in existence is the Throne Room of God, and those angels attending Him are the holiest and most powerful. As the tiers of angels extend outward from His throne, their powers lessen. The hierarchy of angels is the highest nobility as the Princes of Heaven run the courts of God in Heaven and Earth. The above chart shows the spheres, choirs or nations of angels. Each sphere, choir or nation has a different responsibility toward God and Earth. There is lots to learn about Heaven, so we will take it in stages. In the following weeks you will learn about the powers of angels, what each nations looks like, and why God created each. There are angels with us and everywhere within the universe. When you finish with the study of angels you will be somewhat of an expert on the subject and will learn what part angels play in God's miraculous kingdom.
I pray wisdom on all who read these pages. The very first book I fell in love with as a boy was the encyclopedia. I remember how I would gravitate towards them when let into the library at school. I would go to them, choose a topic and read everything I could about it, so I knew details about things from Mt. Ararat to mythological stories from different countries and time, so, I was elated that my parents bought me and my brother a set encyclopedias one year for Christmas. I decided to read through the entire set and did. My parents were theologians; I came by loving to study very naturally. My father was always studying for sermons, while my mother taught some serious subjects such as Hermeneutics, Bible Geography, The Tabernacle and Revelations in Chicago. Back in the day my parents never used babysitters. I was a well-behaved child, and my little brother followed suit. My parents taught in a Biblical Institute that held their classes in the evening. My brother and I attended every class my mother taught, without any interruptions from us. Honestly, it never crossed my mind to miss behave. In my eyes, it would have been like acting up while my dad was preaching. I was used to being quiet in church, and being a pastor’s kid I WAS IN CHURCH A LOT. I was in love with study, so I would follow along as my parents would teach from either the pulpit or a podium. I always took notes, even in my Bible. My grandfather was pastor and I remember his Bible being scored and highlighted and annotated. My parents Bibles were also done the same and so was mine.
My point in telling you all this that I love to study, I have loved studying, and I love encyclopedias especially ones on angels. That fascination happened when I was around the age Christian’s age when he first met Prince tZadkiel in ‘Supernatural Favor’. At this point in life I have not met an angel, but as a boy I saw one, vividly. It was a Sunday evening. My father was preaching. I was sitting alongside my mother and brother. As always my eyes were fixed on my father, and above him appeared an angel stirring a large caldron. I had to say something, so I whispered to my mother, “There is an angel above dad right now, and he is stirring a pot right above his head.” My mother didn’t see anything, but she knew I did. I was born extremely mature, and I didn’t play make-believe games, but ever since then the topic interested me. Although my parents had an extensive study library there was nothing on angels. The encyclopedia gave me my basic knowledge of angels, and then while I was in my 20’s I began exploring what other cultures spoke of angels. That was when my knowledge of angels expanded greatly. The topic and study of angels had been suppressed for the last 500 years. Everything being transcribed from ancient scripts into English was being monitored and it was then the topics dealing with angelic realms was not translated into English leaving a plethora of information in Hebrew, Greek, Roman and Arabic. These are what I have researched. During the writing period for ‘Supernatural Favor’, I have discovered many fascinating things about God and the angelic realms, but one of the most disturbing things is this information about God’s kingdom has been kept from us for so long. Why? Why would something so important that they play a vital role in the infrastructure of God that there would be little information on them? God created them to fill a roll attending to Him and all of mankind. They are the orchestrators of God’s will, The Divine’s architects going forth and engineering anything God brings into existence. They undeniably have extreme powers! Why has the topic been so shrouded in secrecy and was planned to be lost forever? Much of my work may seem like fantasy when in truth it is reality. This blog will feature many of the gems I have uncovered in my research for this series. I trust you will enjoy studying the topic. In God’s world the moment you start thinking about things of God you can guarantee that God is at that split-second thinking about you. The moment you begin thinking about angels is the moment you usher in more of God’s power than you have ever known. Their powers were given to them as duty and servitude to both God and mankind. Once you discover what their powers are and what God has assigned them for you, well let’s just say more of God’s miracles then become more and more visible. Angels 101 One must realize that within the realms of angels…there is an angelic hierarchy, choirs, spheres, circles or various rankings amongst angels. These spheres or circles all revolve around one thing…God. The rankings are then displayed in their closeness to the ALMIGHTY. For example… Seraphim encircle the Throne of God. They are the most privileged and are the most powerful. They rarely leave the inner sanctum of God. They have little or no contact with humanity. They are to serve God and nothing else. The best way to understand the rankings of angels is to know the spheres of angels that are closest to God, such as the Seraphim, they attend to God, like his inner sanctum butlers. They see to God’s every need. Beyond The Throne of God into the vast Universe angels are dispersed to facilitate everything else that exists with the heavens. Earth is one of those elements within the heavens, and angels are assigned to it as well as everything that exists. There are angels of the Earth, air, water and fire. There are angels over animals, plants, fish in the sea, birds in the air, flowers, even down to every blade of grass has been assigned an angel to care for its life. It has been said God is in the details, and angels are those agents which see to every detail in the universe. Everything that lives has an angel who stands on guard and records everything that happens in their Registry of Life. The point is, there are countless angels that exist. There is a constant need for angels every day, and there are ancient accounts telling how God creates a fountainhead of billions of new angels to spring forth every morning from around the Throne of God. These angels are needed to become guardians of things of everything that has the life of God coursing through its existence. The most coveted place in the Universe is the place where God dwells. The rule of thumb is the closer the angelic sphere is to God, the more powerful and high-ranking they are in the hierarchy of angels. Although every angel is important the further their duties are from God reveals their ranking in Heaven. Those who guard a blade of grass would have different powers and abilities than the Seraphim who attend God. The same level of ranking pertains to the guardian angels of humans. Although they are significant to our existence, their significance fails in comparison to the guardians of God. So to recap… Angels’ powers are reflective to their position and availability to God. The inner sanctum angels are the most powerful. The further they are from God their powers and tasks are lessened. No matter the task, they are given the necessary powers to fulfill that duty whether it be the guardian angels of man or the guardian of grass. Angels help with health, try to influence one to do what’s right, and protect from the general wiles of the devil. Also one more thing I should tell at this point… The guardians of God, the hierarchy of Heaven, have many responsibilities. For instance, they also serve as guardians of other planets and dimensions. Man’s guardian angels are not nearly as powerful as their responsibility is to one single life for the duration of the life. Angels vary in responsibilities, stature, complexity and powers depending on their closeness to God. I hope you gleaned some cool stuff from this. Wishing wisdom to all who read these pages. Lantz "Just as humans look "down" the chain at the animal and plant species, we should also be able to look up at the higher beings we call angels." -David Connolly "An angel, then, is an intelligent essence, in perpetual motion, with free will, incorporeal, ministering to God, having obtained by grace an immortal nature. The Creator alone knows the form and limitation of the angelic essence; but all that we can understand is that it is incorporeal and immaterial. For all that is compared with god, Who alone is incomparable, we find to be dense and material. For in reality only the Deity is immaterial and incorporeal." Saint John of Damascus. (675-749 AD) St. Augustine says: "'Angel' is the name of their office, not of their nature. If you seek the name of their nature, it is 'spirit'; if you seek the name of their office, it is 'angel': from what they are, 'spirit', from what they do, 'angel.'" [188] With their whole beings the angels are servants and messengers of God. Because they "always behold the face of my Father who is in Heaven" they are the "mighty ones who do his word, harkening to the voice of his word". [189] As purely spiritual creatures, angels have intelligence and will. They are personal and immortal creatures surpassing in perfection all visible creatures as the splendor of their glory bears witness. [190] Angels were born out of the Holy and Supreme Flame of God… so they are beings, creations or energies of fire, each bearing another hue of the rainbow. Possessing the powers of which that ray projects they have within their genetic code the power to refract into any shape projected in light. They can transmute into anything that has ever been created. They can fade into the oblivion of the unseen. They can cloak themselves in the spectrum of shadows. They can instantly transmute into the frequencies of alter realities and dimensions. They move within every vehicle of light. They are creations of light… who were appointed to be the Universal Architects bringing into existence every wish and will of GOD. It’s somewhat unclear how many angels were actually engaged in the war in Heaven and the exact number of the host open to conjuncture for many. In the 15th century it was estimated that 133,306,668 angels fell from the heavens in a total of 9 days according to the Bishop of Tusculum (c. 1273), and this was reaffirmed by Alphonso de Spina (c. 1460). I am sure this number astounds even the most open-minded. I myself, was not surprised by the total figure of the fallen angels. I expected the number to be very big for the simple reason it is reported the number of angels is very big and one third of them fell, but I was and still am very skeptical about the accuracy of this number. Praying wisdom on all who read these pages.

What Advanced Readers Are Saying"Reading Lantz's work is like taking a ski lift. As you read, it gently takes you higher and higher, and before you know it you are looking down from the heavens and everything is even more beautiful than ever imagined." Ellendale Kennedy |
