My compliation of ancient remedies has been of great help to many of my friends and family who were suffering a health crisis. Here are but a few. My mother's StoryMy mother is the reason that I pursued ancient cures for illnesses. My mother contracted Mercury poisoning and was told there was nothing that could be done from her, aside from an amputation of her legs to prevent the spread of the Mercury. I refused the surgery and took charge to find out what other ancient cultures did to reverse the poisoning. I found many things and applied them all. It took time and perseverance, but she went for not being able to use her legs to miraculously using them today. I discovered many things that healed many ways and because of it, I have been honored to help many people with many conditions the Dr.'s said there was no cure for. The ancients had scientific systems of medicines that were derived from the Earth, that was meant to heal every disease known to man. I have compiled many of my findings for those who are looking to hold on to life and regain their health entirely. My mother is not only healed today, but also in the best condition of her life and she was able to keep both her legs and use them. It was an amazing event when she no longer needed a wheel chair. Elijah's story: Elijah had Alopecia. He lost all of his hair except his eyebrows. The doctors told him that he would never grow hair anywhere on his body. It affected him so that he became quiet and sad. Children at school were cruel to him because of his baldness, and the doctors gave him no hope to be normal. After my mother's recovery his grandmother approached me wondering if I could help. During my research I had discovered how the people of India dealt with hair. My hair was getting dull and lifeless and so I tried their treatments on myself and it worked, so when she asked I was grateful that I had an answer for him. Western medicine says there is no cure for baldness, but Eastern medicine says differently. That year he asked his parents for a wig for his Christmas present. He really wanted one because he didn't want people pointing fingers at him anymore and kids making fun of him saying that he had cancer. He thought wearing a wig would prevent that, but they opted to buy him this head covering instead and he wore it gladly. This picture was sent to me after signs of his first growth started sprouting and he was thrilled. He didn't care if it was sparse; honestly he had faith that it was going to grow into a full head of hair because he said that God was going to heal him with these oils. He and his grandmother would pray before they applied them each day, and he knew that God was going fix his problem. As you can see in the sparkle in his eyes here. He was glad that he was getting his little fuzz. This photo was taken 4 months after he began applying his hair treatments. This was his first date with his mom out since he had a full head of hair. He also insisted on styling it himself. Elijah at Christmas with his full head of hair along with his sister. Elijah just chilling at home with his baby sister. Elijah's hair started getting long and was needing a haircut. Understandably, he refused one because he didn't want anyone tampering with his hair; risking the chances of it falling out again. His family was worried because they could not persuade him to get a trim. I then presented his grandmother with this photograph of Batman and Robin and suggested this hair cut of Robin's as seen in this photo. He agreed and got this haircut. The above picture shows how thick his hair became and that he was indeed in need of a haircut. Things have changed drastically for Elijah. Whereas before kids were cruel to him, now all the little girls gush over him like he is a rock star--and he is! the Hair oils Elijah faithfully appliedElijah was extremely diligent when it came to his treatments. I had him do 2 treatments a day, and he made sure that his parents and grandparents helped him apply his hair growth formula. He never missed a day. Instructions:Apply to the hair each evening. Use sparingly like a hair tonic or hair product. Apply at night and rinse in the morning. An awesome shampoo to make hair strong and not fall out Alopecia is brought on by a serious vitamin deficiency. This is the brand that I use for myself. I had Elijah on a children's formula, but men suffering from hair fall out should be taking a high end multi vitamin such as this.

Over the years I have become sort of a "health guru" of sorts to some people because of my mother's miraculous recovery. In my quest to find out what could cure her I found a lot of other treatments for all sorts of other ailments. When I would discover them, I then began compiling them for a much needed directory that I would publish later. I found these ancient remedies yielding amazing results and with them I've helped a lot of people regain their health and lives, but there was always one problem that people would ask me for help with that I didn't have an answer for. A ton of people would ask me if I had ever discovered anything that would get rid of weight. Yes I found a lot of things for weight loss, but honestly none of them worked--
UNTIL NOW. It was only recently I learned about The 8-day Challenge. I had seen some friends of mine on Facebook who were getting really cool results with it and were sharing their progress with it only after a matter of days from being on the system. As you realize, I am an author and now that after the first three volumes of "The Angelic Fornication Series" were completed, that I knew that it was just a matter of time before my publisher would be having me make appearances on a number of Christian television networks, as the series was written to be the very first Christian alternative read for 'Harry Potter'. Well being on TV meant that right out of the gate that I was going to be looking 10 pounds heavier than I do in real life, so I knew I had to get slim like NOW. Well, that meant that I would have to get serious and buckle down and drop the weight. I have been formulating my plan of action for a couple of weeks, and had decided that I would go on the Master Cleanse system and combine that with a good work out and that should do the trick. The key however, would be that I would be able to maintain the weight after the cleanse, because the problem with going on The Master Cleanse system of detoxing is that it is a complete FAST; no food whatsoever for 7 days and possibly beyond. All you consume is a spicy lemonade that cleanses your body. Although effective as detox system, which allows you to lose weight, but the deprivation of going up to 40 days without food actually played havoc with my brain, and when I came off the system although cleansed, I ate everything in the house to make up for lost time. Now granted, I didn't do the Master Cleanse to lose weight, I had mercury poisoning myself and it was attacking my bones in my hands and feet. I did however looked awesome back at my appropriate weight, but I rebounded and put the 35 lbs back on shortly after. So when I saw that the 8 Day Challenge was a detox system, it perked my interest. I liked the name of it, "8 Day" would be super cinchie for me; heck I did two cycles of 40. In the food world, doing a complete water fast for 40 days is equivalent to climbing Mount Everest. Not many have done it. Honestly, other than my mother and myself, I don't know anybody personally who has done a 40 day fast, other than Jesus. LOL. It's actually something that not many people resort to do. But we did and it worked, and I knew that I would have to resort to doing it again. I was just really dreading the deprivation part, but because it did work I had no choice, and being the FOODIE that I am I so wasn't looking forward to it. So, this 8 Day business got my attention. In my studies I have come to understand the dynamics of how the body dumps toxic fat out of the system. Cleanses are amazing and if you've never done a detox, you are way overdue. You would never think of running a car for 40 years and never change the oil or the filters. First of all the car wouldn't be around anymore and secondly, you'd look like an idiot if you wondered why your wheels failed you when you never gave it an oil change. We've never been told that we must clean out our systems; never thinking they have to, but yet wonder why our modes of transpiration are breaking down after that same 40 years. It's all about maintenance and nutrition. Those that take care of their stuff will last longer and those that don't, won't. So, it's important to run a detox to dump all of the junk you collected over your lifetime. I run a cleanse several times a year, Thus doing detox cleanses are WAY BENEFICIAL, because you get will get rid of the poisons as well as eliminate the stubborn fats. So, I recently came across this detox system that my friends where getting some holy-thunder-results, so I decided to try it and share my results on my Health blog. This is all the food I ATE to loose 22 pounds and drop 16.5 inches in 9 weeksAnd one of the things I love about this system is that I get to make my own food. I won't eat prepackaged ANYTHING! So I was thrilled that was't the option. I'm a foodie, I owned restaurants, I have to eat good. And it's not hard to look like a rock star in the kitchen if you know the basics. But I love that I eat real food in order to get real results from this system. After the first week of following their menu plan, I lost 10lbs and I was hooked. Losing that amount of weight so quickly easily made it easy to stay on course for the weeks to come. Plus for most dinners I get to eat three times a day and meat of my choosing served with a green vegetable. Well that's easy enough. And it has been. The only thing that I had to get used to was eating a green vegetable with breakfast. But I'm cool with it now and don't know why I didn't do this any earlier. I must re-inforce that THIS IS NOT A DIET. It a fueling system in which you teach your body to stop converting sugar and carbs for energy and stored energy, instead it flips the with that allows the body to burn excess fat and remove toxins from your body. A WIN FREAKING WIN!!!! In order for this system to work you have to eat every meal and you can't skip any, you have to eat it all... So this is NOT A DIET. I will explain more as I continue to blog. But for now this is shat I ate to loose 22 pounds and 9.5 inches in 9 weeks time. Mind you, I ate much more than this, what you see is just the highlights of what I cared to photograph. But for the first time in my life I was taught what foods best brings on weight loss and I know I have learned to eat them in the correct combination and now people are starting to comment on my transformation and that a great feeling. I"m getting allot of "wow's" so either I was a real heifer, or I now look real good. Either way, I'll take it. I really can not believe how easy this system is, and how effective it is in transforming anyone who dares to take the 8 Day Challenge. I'm way past that now, once I completed my first 8 days, I knew I was not gonna stop, because this thing was actually working, and its easy to become addicted to the weight dropping all of a sudden. As of this writing, I am now 9 weeks into it and find it the easiest thing I've ever done. I can eat like this going to a restaurant, cruise ship, neighbors house, anything. Because you can always find a meat and a green vegetable on any menu or in anyones house. I'm doing this for life, I've got 40 pounds to go to look like Tarzan, and his vine is within reach, and taking this challenge is going to get me there. I am at a state where my friends and family are astounded at my transformation, and honestly so am I. Cause I can't believe if just fell off, and I only exercised twice in 9 weeks. So here it goes... Seasoned-Sunny-Side Up Eggs with Smoked Paprika and Garlic Served with Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Breakfast Chicken Sausage Chile Ancho-Lime Chicken Served with Mexican refried beans Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs w/ Tomato & Green Onions Served with roasted brussel sprouts Filet of Sai in Lemon-Tarragon and Garlic Served with roasted zucchini, vegan feta and anchovy medley Sun-dried Tomato, Peas and Turkey Bacon Cheese-less Quiche Classic Garlic Hamburger Steak Served with a beef barley and roasted brussel spouts Coconut Shrimp Scampi Served with a lemon chicken barley Sunny Side Up Eggs seasoned with Smoked Paprika & Garlic Topped with Scallions, Cilantro and Vegan Feta Served with steamed broccoli and chicken breakfast sausage Chicken Kiev Served with a lemon couscous and lemon barley medley Ahi Tuna in a Scallion Balsamic Burbon glaze Served with brussel sprouts, red onions, garlic, and carrots Broccoli, Sweet Potato and Beef Chorizo Omelet Spanish Filet of Flounder Served with a Spanish rice w/ peas Seared Scallops in a Maple Whiskey Onion glaze Brussel sprouts and carrots with caramelized onions Chicken Sausage and Scrambled Eggs Florentine Seared Sea Scallops with Glazed Brussel sprouts and carrots ![]() Mongolian Beef and Sesame Green beans and onions Chicken Buffalo Wings with saute'd peppers and onions Filet of Swai with Lemon cous cous and barley Chicken Mole Verde with Spanish Spinach and Zucchini 2 Sunny Side up eggs with Chicken Breakfast sausage on a Sweet Potato Waffle Chicken Parmesan over Italian Zucchini Noodles On top of all this food my coach tells me I need to take a cheat mealMy coach told me that I had to have a cheat meal, and I asked, "What do I need that for?" She said, "So you don't deprive yourself or get board." I said, I didn't have that problem, I ate all this food and still lost 10 lbs. I'm stoked." I told her, "I don't need a break." But she insisted. She said, "Eat something indulging that you would really like to eat." Honestly, I couldn't think of anything, cause it was all good. But again, she insisted. So I opted to make me a Vinny's Pizza. But, I made it with a gluten free crust. So on top of all the awesome food I ate all week, I still got to eat a stacked pizza. This system is INCREDIBLE~ Freakin' amazing. A Vinny's Pizza with Turkey Italian Sausage, spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, and turkey pepperoni on a rice flour crust. When it comes to food, presentation is everything, if your eye loves what it sees, it will enjoy it more. One of the keys in loosing weight is portion control. If you use a salad plate to eat on, your mind is tricked in thinking that it is eating more, because your portion will have the illusion of being bigger. These pictures are all taken on small salad plates and the portions look enormous. Where if you put a small portion on a large plate, your mind will tell you that you are eating a small portion and you will automatically put more food on your plate. Studies show that this simple change would result in an estimated weight loss of more than 10 pounds over the course of a year. Side note:I've already had a few people write in and say that my menu looks expensive and to them I say, "Thank you, but it isn't." I do 99.9% of my shopping at Aldi's. A little known fact is that Aldi is the largest grocery store in the world and I love this store. I actually prefer shopping there over it's sister store, Trader Joe's. If you shop at Aldi you can eat like a king on a Paupers Budget. It will improve your quality of life and save your family a ton of money in grocery bills.
