...The results were actually immediate

I had immediate results within 24 hours after beginning
"The 8 Day Challenge"
Not expecting anything to happen, I stepped on the scale and to my surprise I was down 4.2 lbs.  At first I thought my batteries were going out on my scales because there was no way that could be accurate, so I put in fresh batteries and weighed myself again.

And by George they were telling the truth! I was four plus pounds lighter.  I was shocked! That had never happened to me in my entire life, plus not to mention I ate food and lost weight. It almost didn't compute.

All I knew from that point on was that I was going to follow the plan to the letter because now it had my attention. in 14 weeks..

I have not only lost pounds and mega amounts of inches, but I lost all my cravings for pasta, bread, candy, chocolate, soda and every other junk food there is. They no longer have a hold me and that alone is astounding to me.

I think it is partially due to the fact that it showed me immediate results and there was no way that I was going to jeopardize the effectiveness of the system if I fell off the wagon.

This system was designed to combat every issue a person would confront waging their own personal war on fat.  Everyone knows that  its a hard battle because bad habits are hard to break. Cravings can do you in which become aggravating and can alter your mood, hence comes the new word "hangry" meaning anger pains that come from being hungry.

Cravings are a major issue when dieting. I had a horrible case of the late night snacks and every type of sweet was my weakness.

All of a sudden...
I am in a good mood

The worst part of dieting is the "bad moods" especially for those who live with me.
I can get short, snappy and crabby real quick when I am deprived of foods  so God help my family!  

I told no one that I was going to undertake "The 8 Day Challenge". After about 3 days of doing it my mother commented on how much better my moods had been lately.  Her exact words were, "You seem calmer son."  And she was right. I had noticed that I wasn't so tense and wound up or defensive for no reason.

Now don't get me wrong...I am a very nice guy, but I do admit that my tone can make me seem short sometimes, especially while I am dieting.

I realized that I was now reacting differently to circumstances. I have become a much kinder, gentler nation. Now the "real nice guy in me" shines through and I really like that.  I like the way I feel. My stress conductors aren't all fired up all the time. I am more relaxed in stressful situations now than I would have ever been before.

In fact, I look at things differently now, and realize that I was tightly wound, and I like this laid back version of me better. There are ingredients within the system that enhance cortisol and serotonin levels in the brain and make you happy. I am proof positive that this high-strung, creative-type personality is much more relaxed nowadays because of it, and I love it.

i also slept like a baby...

You know I always thought I slept pretty good up until a couple of months ago, I just started having problems going back to sleep after I woke up at night.

NOW THIS IS WEIRD...
LITTLE TO NO EXERCISE REQUIRED

During the first 8 days of the challenge, little to no exercise is required as the body reboots to begin transitioning its fuel from sugar to fat.

Some light walking is allowed, but no heavy endurance is suggested at this stage as exercise increases a hormone that could offset your desired results.

So the plan gets better.  Just relax for a couple of weeks.

But rest assured that you will not grow weak, as during this process, you will be consuming so much protein that your body will be building muscle even though you will not be exercising.  

MY RESULTS:  My biceps increased by an inch with me only working out twice in 13 weeks.  I also gained an inch of muscle on my calves.  

Although you will not be exerting yourself in the gym, your body has finally been given its essential nutrients and protein in which your body begins building shapely muscle and strength.

two weeks in... and still super easy

I wasn't expecting to lose anything when I started this let alone 10 pounds dropped in 8 days. By the second week I had lost another 2.4 pounds for a total of 12.4 lbs. I still am stunned that it happened, but because it did this system had my full attention. I was going to do everything it said to do-- to the letter, because it was obviously working for me. My weight remained steady, but I lost 1.2 lbs on May 12th

My weight didn't move much. I lost two ounces that week, but the weird thing is I took my measurements again and I lost another 8.5 inches bringing my total to 13.7 inches gone.

This video taught me the reason I was holding my weight and it made sense. So, I stopped worrying and realized that I was right on schedule; that once the body decides to release weight again, it will, but it is holding on to it for a spell.

So I just kept doing what I was doing. This video gave me another push to keep pressing on, 'cause any day now the body is going to get rid of some more toxic fat; fat cells with some more water weight. MY WEIGHT HAS HELD FOR 4 WEEKS--

THE FIRST CYCLE OF "WOOSH" HAS TAKEN PLACE.

I had been shedding inches which I really love, and I knew that in  time that my body would be dropping off about another 2 lbs, but this time it would be shedding toxic fat.  

​This week was that moment and I was so happy to see those pounds drop off.  It was confirmation that I was still doing everything right and I was never more on target to achieve my goal of getting a Tarzan body. As of July 1st, my measurements show a total of 16.2 inches gone.

It's 14 weeks now and I love it. I love the food. I love how easy it is and I love the results. I also love the fact that I have helped a couple of friends and family start their journey to a better them.

​I HAVE ONLY EXERCISED TWICE IN 14 WEEKS...

And because of my massive protein intake I have gained muscle mass without exercise.

My brother noticed that I was looking fit and asked me if I had been working out. I told him, "No", but he must not have believed me because he asked my mother if I had been working out. She said "No, just twice in 13 weeks." He couldn't believe that I hadn't worked out and looked more fit than ever because  I gained an inch of muscle on biceps. My shoulders and neck are looking fit, and I also gained muscle mass on my calves. 

I am going to finally incorporate high intensity training this week to develop that "Tarzan" body.  So it will be cool to see what transpires next. 

One thing is for sure. I am a believer in this particular protein supplement. It is amazing!  My muscles are developing without working out, so now I can't wait to kick my body into action with an awesome workout routine to help sculpt and define it even more. By the time I shed the fat the muscles should be shining through.

YOU MUST DRINK WATER AND HERE IS WHY...

We've all been told that 8 glasses of water was sufficient.
IT WAS A LIE!

The truth is you actually need double that amount each day for your body to run in premium mode.

But unfortunately very few people drink any where near 8 glasses of water a day, so most of the world runs their bodies on half empty or less of essential fluids.

Here is why. ​

8 GLASSES IS A HALF-TRUTH

The first 8 glasses we consume is used to regulate hydration levels  of the body, which include the skin, organs, bloodstream and brain. Essentially everything we are made of consists of water.

Think about all the people you know who don't drink enough water; never have, never will.

They think drinking tea, coffee or sodas is good enough when it's not good at all.

Not many people even come close to drinking 8 glasses of water, and then they wonder why their body is breaking down and failing them after 50 or 60 years.

Drinking a ton of water itself can cure a lot of things.

So, the first 8 glasses of water are used for maintenance and levels.

The second 8 glasses of water are used to flush out the system and act like a rinse cycle.

Most people have never run a rinse cycle on their bodies in their lives as they have never consumed that amount of water which activates an automatic rinse cycle on the body.

That alone could cure a lot of ailments.

Drinking a gallon of water is essential for premium health and drinking a gallon of water daily is essential to participate in "The 8 Day Challenge".

If you don't drink a gallon of pure water a day, you will never lose the fat and will never be fit.

IF YOU CAN'T DRINK PLAIN WATER--
​DRESS IT UP~

If you must, you can enhance the flavor and benefits of your water if you incorporate it with fresh or frozen fruits.

You can use lemons, limes, oranges, berries, grapefruit, kiwi, cucumber, mellons, mint, apple and any other fruit.

For the first eight days you should NOT eat the fruit, but you can drink the water it was soaking in.

You need to drink a gallon of water, and if you need to dress it up, this is how you do it.

ENOUGH SAID.

In order to be successful on this program you must eliminate all sugars and carbs from your food groups.

That is a tall order for many including myself. Fine chocolates were my weakness.  I don't like cheap anything, especially chocolates, so I thought chocolates would be my downfall in taking the challenge.

Pastas and breads were going to be another issue for me, because I knew I liked them...too much.

I THOUGHT PASTAS AND CHOCOLATES WERE GOING TO BE MY DEMISE...

But they weren't.

WHICH WAS AMAZING.

Whoever designed this system should be awarded a Nobel Peace Prize for their contribution toward humanity. As their system is miraculously effective to the degree that not only did I drop drastic amounts of weight overnight, but all of my wicked cravings for junk food, pasta, chocolates and bread were completely gone.

NOT ONLY THAT...

  • I have had more energy than I had known in a long time and it wasn't that jittery kind.
  • I was in a much better mood and handled stress so much easier.
  • My focus and memory improved.
  • I have wonderful night sleeps now.
  • I do not crave anything bad for me. They no longer have a hold on me.
  • Over all, I can admit that I have been more relaxed and actually became a much nicer person.
Please don't get me wrong. Like I've said before I'm a very nice guy, but I am a creative type, and can be...well let's just say that I'm kind of tightly wound.

And while on this system I find myself handling stress differently; not so uptight or snappy. I just speak my mind and now for some reason I don't feel the need to put in my two cents.

SO WOULD I TAKE THE CHALLENGE AGAIN?

To tell you the truth I don't think I have plans of ever stopping.

This system is so simple that it now has become my lifestyle and I love its benefits.

Everyday I am becoming slimmer and I'm way good with that; in fact it's a dream come true.

I'm not where I need to be yet, but I am thrilled that I now found an incredible yellow bricked road that is taking me there.

THE TRUTH IS:
I NEVER ONCE WANTED TO FALL OFF THE WAGON.

And I didn't. I didn't even need a cheat day although I was given several. It was crazy that something so simple and so fulfilling worked. I loved the way  I was looking, feeling and acting so falling off the wagon was not an option. I was off to a good start and from there it was easy to stay on track, because I was curious to see what the numbers would finally be in the end.

​IT WAS NOT UNTIL THE THIRD WEEK WHEN I FIGURED OUT HOW THIS SYSTEM WORKED

And was amazed with my findings.

It's a four part system.

  1. ​No sugars or carbs.
  2. Consume 1 gallon of water a day.
  3. Eat three meals a day consisting of any meat of my choice and certain vegetables.
  4. Consume extreme amounts of superior nutrients and protein.

If you can meet these requirements, you can take "The 8 Day Challenge".


If not.  Don't take it.


But, speaking from experience it's super simple.

It's actually more fun than I ever expected.

AT 4 WEEKS I WAS INTERESTED TO SEE WHY THIS WAS WORKING SO WELL

So I began my research and put the pieces together for myself as to why this system was working for me.

I discovered that this system is an elevated adaptation or hybrid of "ketogenics".  ​

​HISTORY OF THE KETOGENIC DIET

1921:  Dr. Wilder of the Mayo Clinic proposed the use of a specific menu to treat epileptic patients. By placing the patients on a high fat, medium protein and very little to no carbs and sugars he showed where seizer activity would diminish. His menu set the body into a state of ketosis which is when the body is deprived of sugars and carbs and begins fueling itself off of stored fat. This system although nearly 100 years old is just now receiving long overdue attention. It was this menu that set the reputations as effective health providers for both the Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkin's Hospital.

THIS IS AN ELITE  HYBRID OF THAT SYSTEM

"The 8 Day Challenge" comes with a menu plan which is scientifically mapped out for success.

It will map out for you which days to eat your fruits and vegetables, meats, fats, and healthy carbs that will most benefit your body.

KETOSIS

Although the menu was designed to help those suffering with epileptic seizures, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's, it later proved beneficial for the treatment of Autism by these two iconic medical institutions.

The process of ketosis is actually a detox which fuels the body with energy burned from fat.  

When applied these episodes of uncontrolled bouts of behaviors became less frequent than when they were on a diet of sugar and unhealthy carbs.

In doing so they found a side benefit to the treatment.

As it began running a detox system on the patient, it would cause their body to shed unwanted stored toxic fat; a benefit that would surely benefit the world.

This system has been used since by Olympian athletes and body builders everywhere.

Although this menu plan is very reminiscent of a traditional KETO system, IT IS MOST DEFINITELY LIKE NO OTHER KETO PLAN YOU'VE EVER SEEN. IT'S AMAZING AND SIMPLE.

​THE STATE OF KETOSIS USUALLY TAKES A FEW WEEKS TO UNDERGO

but not with this system.  
My results were seen in 24 hours.

That's one of the many reasons I love it. Once your body switches into a state of Ketosis your body just starts eating up the stored toxins encapsulated by fat that you've been saving...and from this point on, you start emptying your tank of fat.

Soda addictions are hard to break, but whoever developed this system developed it with a natural agent that eliminates your cravings for junk foods.

I had some serious issues with sugars, pastas and other junk and the system totally freed me from them, 'cause I have no desire for chocolate or any other junk food that I will know jack me up.

The food I ate to lose 22.5 pounds and 16.5 inches in 13 weeks. This was like no other "diet" I had ever seen. Let me clarify...this is NOT a diet. It is a menu that can be adapted to any lifestyle.
